Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes without being called, when I asked I was told that I was late and I no longer had an appointment.They "squeezed me in" and everything else was fairly unprofessional. Won't be back.

First the staff is friendly and professional. Chris, the referral specialist is wonderful. Quick response to requests and works with me. So kind and patient. Nancy, the PA listens to me and works with me. My patient portal is kept up to date with all info available. I receive prompt call backs. Explanations for referrals, labs and treatment are transparent. This is my 5th pcp and superior to all the others. They do care and it shows.

I found the office clean. Everybody following safe guild lines. I am a new Patient being seen in this office.i didn’t have to wait forever for appointments. I was given a thorough exam.My issues were addressed. I I was being heard and not talked down to. I was very happy with staff and my treatment.i made them my primary care doctor.
