I went once and had a good experience but Vivian's customer service skills need improvment. I called multiple times and left messages to schedule a return visit and she would never return my phone calls. So I called from a different number and she answered and told me she wasn't taking new clients when I explained that I had been with her before she then gave me all other kinds of excuses. All I asked for a simple trimm.

I am a client of the wonderful Serendipity salon. I can tell you that the services are very nice, my stylist is Soraya, who leaves my hair the way I like it?, and Janet's coffee is the best⏱️ while you walk in they embellish me, the truth is all the girls are very good stylists , special and very professional. I give them a ?♥️.

Vivian Is amazing! From beginning to end the experience at Salon Serendipity is amazing! It’s a blessing to call here my hair stylist and hair care specialist! Blessed to have her in my life!
