Rich and Melissa are very nice people who are great at communicating the diagnostic of the problem with giving honest and fair solutions. I have used them from out of town and they have made it very easy. I would definitely recommend them!

RESCO has been extremely professional since we have been using them. While I go through our home warranty first, then RESCO, they have been prompt about taking care of things for us.
