As a Mortgage Broker, we are signed up with multiple different lenders locally and nationally. The advantage of this is that we are able to compare the different products and rates each lender offers to find the best available option for each individual customer. The large banks and large mortgage companies typically can only offer what their specific company provides. We are a referral based company, which means we strive to provide personal customer service to each individual customer. It also means we make ourselves available to our customers, not just during normal business hours, but after hours and on weekends. We are always available to answer customer’s questions and to help explain the many intricacies of the mortgage process.
