I cannot express how wonderful Cassandra and her staff were when I visited today. I was searching frantically for monoclonal antibody treatment as I am high risk and immune compromised and had just tested positive for Covid. The State websites were all sending me to Tallahassee which would have been an 18 hour round trip drive. My primary doctor and specialist could not help me. Cassandra not only answered my request (at 3:30 am) the day after Christmas but she got me into her clinic for treatment today, less than 24 hours from my request. THANK YOU and your amazing staff. Please keep up the great work!!
We were looking for the Johnson and Johnson COVID 19 vaccine for my elderly parents who both have mild dementia, and these wonderful folks were able to get us right in, accomodating our schedule on a holiday weekend! Cassandra was so nice, professional and friendly, really putting my parents at ease...she explained everything she was going to do before she did anything and told us what to expect in the days ahead. Since there was no one else there at the time, and my parents have limited mobility, she even came out to the waiting room to administer the vaccine. She sat and visited with us during the reaction waiting period, making the experience that much less "clinical"....read full review
