1. Delivered excellent results. My old oak hardwood floors were sanded down, some replacements made, and now look shiny and new. They even matched the areas I did not have refinished for a seamless look.
2. Timely and punctual. They arrived the same time everyday, took lunch during a specified time, and finished on time daily and as promised.
3. Friendly and professional. As a woman, I had complete trust with these guys. They exuded nothing but kindness and professionalism. I had 0 worries being alone at home with them.
4. Price. Extreme value for what we received. I thought the cost would be much higher before I received the quote.
