I needed to see a doctor at the last minute and arrived 30 minutes prior to closure. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I saw a doctor within 10 minutes of coming in and recieved, excellent professional service in a timely manner. AdventHealth Centra Care will always be my first choice.
I did not have an appointment, but I was in an out in less than 15 minutes, which includes the time that I checked in and the moment that I walked out. I encountered two Centra care staff, and both were extremely kind and very professional, and walked me through everything that was happening, with the respect that you hardly see these days when you walk into a medical facility .
So many people aren't feeling well right now. The wait was an hour and a half. To be expected this time of the year. As they moved people along, more came in for care. My care was professional and courteous. The APRN Antoinette Nelson that saw me was very kind and apologized for the long wait. She thanked me for my patience. But during my service, she took the time to listen to my concerns about my health and did a thorough examination and asked more probing questions along the right track.
