DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE AND EMPLOYEES!!!We bought our new build last year we moved from Illinois it started with the closing they kept delaying it while all of my family of (5) including a newborn were renting had to put our 3 dogs in a kennel which is over $100 per day then the Uhaul company made us take our stuff out of our storage unit we got for the month pending the closing but it kept getting extended and was getting very expensive this was all after they said the house was ready to close within a week it ended up being 2 months!!Then come to find out a joist in the ceiling had to be replaced they said they...read full review
Horrible people. Their sub contractors will park right in front of my driveway and block it. This has been going on for months.The company refuses to return my calls, they hang up on me and think it's funny.Their subcontractors will laugh, curse me out and call me names.I have reported them to the BBB and the city as well as the police.
Horrible company!! They've been building a house next to mine and have collapsed the culvert in our neighborhood. When it rains it floods the yards on our side of the road because of it being collapsed. We've made numerous calls to the company and still no one comes out to fix the problem. I would never consider a builder that doesn't seem to care about other people's property. Thank goodness this is the last house they can build in my neighborhood. Home buyers beware!
