Excellent experience from the sale of our new A/C to the installation and also the six month service follow-up. I had questions about a new crossover unit for my home and the owner spent 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining the new technology and how it will operate well being that I live beachside. The only issue I’ve experienced is the new thermostat that is compatible with the unit was not calibrated correctly. When the tech performed the 6 month tune-up, he found that the thermostat definitely had an issue and replaced it the following day. The Texts that came to the house where Awesome. They had a lot of patience. And did a Thorough job before letting me know what the problem was. And they went out off the way to go get the part , and that was about 35 to 40 minutes away. That's a one way trip. They went way and beyond . They were Very polite. Just to let you know for rating from 1 to 10 , 10 being the highest. I would give them a 10. Thank you very much.
