I absolutely loved this place and everything about it! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about the people who come through their doors. They went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, and it honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and inviting. Every staff member I interacted with showed professionalism, kindness, and genuine patience, which is rare these days. It wasn't just good service - it was the kind of experience that sticks with you long after you leave. I can't wait to go back for another visit because they've definitely earned my trust and appreciation. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional service and a place where you are treated with real respect and care.
Stayed May 15 to May 18. They gave us the wrong room. we had booked beach side but unable to switch due to 2 conferences and also a rock event. They did advise to keep checking to see if there was a cancelation. We were unable to get into the parking lot for self parking so we did end having to get in the parking lot by getting a ticket instead of scanning the key card. But come to find out later on it was because they never actually checked us in. We found out later because the TV wasn't working so we called to get assistance. They sent maintenance in and he just walked in which he apologized because on his end it was showing no vacancy. There was stains on the bed, trash left on the bathroom floor, somebody had shoved a drink under the sink in a carton that was not cleaned. The elevators made an awful noise and part of the side panel with the buttons popped off one of the times using it. I would personally never stay there again. It was overpriced and a crappy experience.
My bartender Amy at the outside bar was fabulous! Highly would recommend coming to have drinks with Amy!
