Bill, THANK YOU. I had a great experience, better than any other experience before shopping for a perfume. I went with my girlfriend and he explained so many things about the world of perfumes, it really impacted me and my girlfriend. I with more people in the customer service industry were as amazing as Bill.
Today, on Saturday, 8/17/24, I had a wonderful experience at Ulta in Davie! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by every staff member. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which created such a warm and happy environment in the store. I was so happy to be there that I ended up making a purchase I hadn’t planned on ? The staff is exceptionally great - very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Ulta!
Friendly staff that were able to make suffestions when i couldnt find what i was looking for. Another staffer spent some time explaining the different types of sun screen that may be best suited for me because of two purchase i made that had me looking purple and then white ( they were not products from ulta). I had a good experience.
