3 stars for the great cashiers I've had here many, many times in the past. 1 star for Anthony. He said he needed to see my bar code for my coupon on my phone and acted like he could not enter the code or scan it without touching my phone. When I handed him the phone he put it front of the scanner which he could do have just picked up to scan my phone and avoid touching it. When I saw him do that, I asked was the scanner something he could pick up. He got an attitude and picked up the scanner. Surprised, I said I didn't want anyone touching my phone. Ulta is my go-to for all my beauty needs. Whether I'm looking for drugstore favorites or high-end brands, they have it all. The staff is always there to help me with color matching or any questions I have. Checkout is quick and the staff are friendly and helpful. I grabbed all my travel essentials in under 10 minutes and their rewards program is a bonus - I got 20% off today just for being a regular member. The store is clean and easy to navigate, making shopping a breeze.

OMG, out of all the times that I have been to ANY Ulta Beauty store- today I had the best experience with Bill the Chanel advisor!! I came in looking for some skincare products because my skin has not been on its best behavior lately.. But I walked up to Bill with two products asking when I should use them in my skincare routine- now I expected this to be like every other encounter I have had with an Ulta beauty worker; where they look at the products and give me a very vague response- which then leads me to have to do research about the products on my own in the store.
