A place that shines for its excellence and cordiality, good service and, above all, good customer service who, upon entering, automatically become family, and without exaggerating here, that is not possible. The service was exquisite. I felt like at home, all the workers undermine you and They help with their wise beauty advice, they only do exactly what you ask of them, in my particular experience God what a great day they made me have in that super salon, I thank everyone for how beautiful they left me and I definitely recommend them 200% or more you will not regret going to that salon that is guaranteed, thank you
A huge thank you and shout out to the Grand salon. As a walk-in with my arm in a cast, and just needing a quick wash and blowout, (after waiting an hour at the Supercuts next door where I had an appointment, where they Took five people that came in after me), the ladies at the Grand had me in within 15 minutes, even though they were slammed with Saturday afternoon appointments. This just goes to show their professionalism and courtesy, and to step up and help those in need. Thank you so much ladies and happy holidays.
Went today for keratin and I wanted the one with formaldehyde not the amino acid “safer” one. To each his own, but there aren’t a lot of places that still do the real keratin. My salon impressions recommended The Grand to do my keratin with the owner whose name starts with an F and I can’t for the life of me spell or pronounce it but she was AMAZING! I have female pattern hair loss and psoriasis on my scalp and my hair is so thin (used to be thick) I was nervous to do it but she did an amazing job!! I am never going anywhere else! And I called a few places she was cheaper (not cheap but cheaper). Definitely recommend!!Services: Brazilian waxing
