Exercise Coach in Davie is an amazing place to rebuild muscle for strength. The staff and owners are always ready to teach and assist with exercises & nutritional advice. All of this without spending hours at the gym. Really happy to have found this place.

The best thing I have done for myself and my bone health is going to The Exercise Coach. When I had my latest bone density test in April, 2025, I was informed that my results had improved so much that I no longer needed to take medication for osteoporosis. The doctor said “See you in a year.” The only thing I changed in my life routine was going to The Exercise Coach. It works!!!!!! Thank you to all the coaches for their support.
