After relocating plants & prepping the perimeter of my house, and directly speaking with the install technician, along with an email with pictures, my plants were still covered. Additionally, a water hose I placed outside of the perimeter of the tent, was not only used by the crew, but then placed within the tent, to where I cannot access. Went ahead and called to mitigate the situation, only to get a response of apologies, and that nothing can be done. She asked me if I properly read the terms and conditions of the contract. SMDH. There is obviously no good time to have to tent your house and move out especially in a pandemic. But it was the only way and upon meeting AJ and team, they made us feel as comfortable as possible in the process. They were knowledgeable and AJ was always accessible to me as I had many questions throughout. He was patient and understanding and thorough. He met us at our house prior to tenting to walk through space and go over what needed to be adjusted. He was always in communication as to when they arrived, what they were doing, when they were done, when tent was off , when it was safe to go back in, etc. I couldnt have asked for more during such an unsettling...read full review

A positive experience from start to finish! All the employees were polite, neat, and very thorough. Safety was their first concern. They were punctual from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.
