Beginning with my first meeting with Josephine and Kristi, I was treated with utmost respect, dignity, & professionalism, as was my home. They promised to do their best when, at a timely completion, they delivered perfection!Their well coordinated installation team were amazingly neat, competent, and proficient.Sometimes, what is initially expected to be a nightmare can turn into a dream come true. From choosing my flooring, the estimate, and the installation, dealing with Spears Flooring was the easiest part of the experience. Don Amchir at Floor and Decor was both personable and informative. The estimator Kristi Bianchini was extremely helpful in making other decisions about the installation. And the owner Josephine Spears was always there, just a phone call away when we needed a question answered. You couldn't ask for more from anyone else. The installers Felipe and his helper were just amazing. They worked neatly and cleaned up each day before they left. We couldn't be more pleased.Service: Install flooring
