Excellent service, from the professional staff to the owner. They explained me the process from A to Z and it was executed as expected. Very organized and clean. I will highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a restoration company.

We had issues with mold that occurred as a result of a water leak/damage and Issac and his team including Chris and Luis were able to quickly come out, give us a quote and were kind enough to seal the exposed mold areas and leave an air scrubber overnight due to my allergies (something other companies did not do!) and we’re able to start the remediation process the next day! I was so impressed by their work and how quickly and effectively they were able to take care of the problem at a fair price. After a crazy rainfall in Miami, I needed help for my small business as we had a lot of water come into the store. I called Restoration Xpress in a last minute jam, and while they were not able to come that second (which of course I expected) they gave me great advice on how to keep my staff and I safe while we navigated inside. They arrived within a few hours, and helped clean out the space of debris that washed in, and got rid of all the water so fast!! They even left me a dryer for the weekend to make sure the walls were completely dry.
