1 apt dentist cancelled. 2nd appt a month later the office cancelled. 3 rd appt I was told to come 90 minutes after since their machines are not working. Once I arrived, waited for 40 minutes for them to tell me they will not accept my insurance with aetna (dmo). I sent the insurance card 2 months ago so they can check with the company. Avoid this place like the plague. Its in a dingy shopping center.

I am the kind of person who has severe anxiety and is very fearful of dentists. It usually takes me a while to find a dentist I feel comfortable with, but I got lucky when I moved to South Florida and found Pristine Dental Care. Honestly, I cannot say enough about their practice.The team is just amazing - they go above & beyond to get your appointments scheduled, are always friendly and on time. Dr. Benjamin has an excellent bedside manner. I never worry that she's trying to sell me something I don't need.Recently, I had a chipped tooth over the weekend, and the office was able to fit me in with an appointment on Monday morning. Dr. Benjamin did a great job fixing it. I could go on and on about this dental office - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10 Stars!

Pristine Dental is a very caring and professional practice. I have had dental work done there for the past 3 years and by far the best workmanship I have ever had. I just recently had a tooth capped and out of the 4 I have in my mouth, this one is by far is the best, coloration, comfort and easy to floss in between the other teeth. As well, if you have a scheduling, problem between both offices they will find a way to accommodate you.Keep up the good work!
