This whole staff has your pets best interest at heart. I see these negative reviews and all I can think of is there is an attitude problem here. I've been taking my dog to Doctor Osti for 11years without a problem. Some people don't realize that when surgery is scheduled that surgery has to be completely sterile. You can't be running around talking to people and maintain that environment. Office appointments and surgery are two different things!

Amazing doctor! They are so kind and thoughtful with animals and parents/owners. I drive 30 minutes to go there, even though there are places much closer by. Highly recommend. Our animals deserve the best.

The vet is a nice lady and the staff are nice, but they have taken this covid stuff to far. We are now 3 years after covid and they are still wearing masks, they only let 1 person in the waiting room at a time, though they still have 10 chairs inside. The worst part is the doctor no longer actually sees anyone in person anymore. After they take the animal the doctor will only call you. The doctor is 10 feet away, yet she can't see anyone in person. There is a minimal chance of covid at this point, even the government has said the risk is minimal.
