I have been going to Nanette's for years. I have never been disappointed and she always listens to you. My hair is always beautiful when she does it. I get color, perms (yes I still get perms). My hair has never been damaged. The cut is always perfect and the style is just what I want. You don't go to a person for 30 plus years if you are not ecstatic about their talent.
