My experience with Integrity Plumbing for the plumbing work in my new build contracted by my builder, DSL (Frank DeLucas and Rick Levy) has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. Despite their repeated “attempts” to address the issues, including bubbling toilets, back flow of human waste in showers, and overflowing toilets, the problems persisted as their only explanation at every visit was that it was *probably my children flushing baby wipes and paper towels.

What's even more concerning is their BASELESS accusations against my children for allegedly flushing baby wipes and paper towels down the toilet (within hours of closing we were experiencing plumbing issues). This...read full review

All I have to say is that we had 3 separate reputable plumbers come out to fix the issue with my shower pressure of lack thereof. Integrity answered the phone (in today's day and age, that is a rarity) came out when they said they would, and fixed the problem! I am ecstatic!Services: Shower repair

This company did work for GL homes and I would never recommend them to anyone and I hope GL stops using them for subcontract work. They installed a shower floor and water pools near the wall on all 4 sides of the shower rather than running toward the drain. The fact that their names in Integrity is a joke. They won’t take ownership of their poor work and were rude and dismissive when I contacted them about the problem. Do not use them for any plumbing needsService: Shower installation
