    I was directed to this great company through Electrolux when my new Frigidaire Induction range would not work. It was extremely hard to get information from Electrolux, so I had to rely on First Appliances. They jumped right in to help with the part I needed and the communication problems I had with Electrolux. I would recommend this company to everyone. They take pride in their work and their reputation.

    Company lacks communication. My oven has been out of service for about a month. I have called numerous times to be told each time that the part should be here by next week. Next week never comes. I give them a 1 star because they have not come out to do the repair and have charged me over $500 for the part & service plus a 3% convenience fee to use a credit card and nothing has been done! The first hour of service is included in the $120 diagnosis fee, but they didn’t do work the first hour and have to come back, so I got charged another service fee to do the repair if they ever come!     First Class is truly first class. They have fixed my washer, dryer and dishwasher. I'm now scheduling an appointment for them to fix my freezer/icemaker. I have no doubt that the service will be just as professional and successful.
