“Honestly the whole experience was okay. They rushed through and didn't ask me too much if I liked what was being done. The massage for the pedicure was fast unfortunately, but my toes look phenomenal. She also got me a water and made sure I liked the color of my toes which I appreciate. I told them I want my nails and toes to match so when I saw the color on my nails way lighter than my toes I asked the man doing my nails if it was the same color he said it was but because I had acrylic on my nails and not my toes the colors didn't match. My toes are a nude pink my nails a Pepto-Bismol pink. I told him I want them the same color so we might have to do a different base color. He just said it was similar and kept doing the same color. So I let him finish and I didn't like the color. The shape is beautiful but the color wasn't flattering for my skin tone. I was visibly upset but didn't say anything. Then after paying $140 before a tip I decided to go back in and asked him to change the color. He did have an attitude said it'd be $10 to change the color but after he finished he rightfully didn't charge me. I don't know if I'll be back but if you go make sure to speak up for what you want. (Also he didn't oil my cuticles after I went back in but I wasn't about to ask)“
