If you want a stress free, chill and comfortable wax especially if it’s your first time book with KIKI !!! She was so sweet and patient and also knowledgeable. She took her time to explain every step and made sure I was okay the whole time. The end result was phenomenal. Everyone was super nice and the place was super clean. Definitely book with Kiki, she’s excellent!

The importance of being intentional literally played out during my visit to this location today. In the Italian language, Bella translates to "Beautiful." ..... and beautiful she is, both esthetically, and from within. As I waited in the reception area for my service, five minutes had gone by and nothing. Bella was on her way out, perhaps on a lunch break, I am not certain, but it just didn't sit well with her to see a customer sitting there as long as I did. She was even courteous enough to greet me as she was returning her customer to the reception area. Such grace is hard to find these days, and certainly does not happen naturally. Great service. KIKI was phenomenal and really took her time in the service. If you go here, choose her, she really cares for her clients!She makes sure to get rid of every little hair.
