My family & I have been patients for nearly two decades now. My only negative are the ladies who handle billing. In MY opinion and MY experiences they are often times abrasive and rude. During a recent visit I was chased out to my car for a $30 copay no one mentioned while inside before I left. When I went inside to pay it, I was instead charged $3,000 in error without even an apology, instead she blamed technology.“
