Awesome intimate gym with all the equipment you can possibly need to accomplish an excellent workout. Having had experience with trainers in the past, Nate Shurak is one of the best trainers you can ask for in South Florida!

Started training with Nicole Denise February 1 and she excellent, I leave each time in sweat, she skillfull, knowledgeable, and passionate about her training her attitude is come ready to put 100% or don't come.. all the trainers are friendly and it's a nice clean admosphere, I'm so happy with her I've lost 10 pounds in just a short time with her... high rating from me... read full review
