Amazing prices and great styles I’ve never been complimented on my glasses and after my recent purchase I’ve been getting stopped frequently. Channoy was very patient and helpful in helping with my decision. Every employee I’ve encountered here has great customer service and I will definitely be returning and recommending

I was an idiot and left my prescription sunglasses at home for my two-week vacation in Florida. I found Hip Optical's website, and I noticed they had quick turnaround times. The next morning, I called (I'm Orlando, so I couldn't go in store), and I spoke with Octavia. Within 5 mins, she took down my preferred glasses and tints, and I texted her a pic of my prescription. I received notification a few hours later that my glasses were finished and being shipped, and they arrived the next morning at 9am! Less than 24 hours after I placed the order!
