I love how friendly the staff and the technicians are. Some of the ladies at the front counter could be more welcoming at first site. However, I notice that when I'm done with my services they are more friendly and welcoming upon check-out. The services I've gotten are messages and facials and each time my visits have been just okay. I wish I could say more.
Because I have a membership I can gift credits to my family. My son and husband were able to visit and get messages. They both said that their visit was okay. Having a membership will save you some money.
I get very nervous and cautious about going to get massages done, but this establishment was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly sweet and professional and after reading reviews on Gladys I chose her specifically for my massage! She was even better than all the reviews claimed! She made me feel so comfortable and tended to every need I had! She is such a genuinely kind and caring person and you truly feel cared for in her presence! Excellent massage from GLADYS - she provides an amazing experience. Pays attention to problem areas and uses the exact pressure I enjoy. Front desk was friendly and efficient! I'll be back.
