The service was exemplary from the promptness of picking up our mother from our home to when we picked up her remains.Everyone was extremely kind and respectful both to us and her. The added touches were very appreciated. There was NO sells job but instead, they calmly waited for us to choose and even change our minds.
Great place especially under the circumstances! Everyone was very helpful and sincere. They took care of my mom's ashes in Feb 2021 and my dad's ashes in Jan 2022! I hope I'm done coming here for awhile! Would definitely recommend!?
Our son and daughter in law lost their first born child almost a year ago. The staff was very professional. One even comforted them and shared the loss of their own child. They were not only emotionally supportive but very professional. They helped them through a very difficult time. I can't thank you enough for being there for them. Mike & Maryann Hepler
