I was picked up by John and I was having a rough day, who wants to be towed and stuck on the side of the road? John was very pleasant and professional. When I booked, it John said 30-45mins. He hit is mark and the price was affordable considering I called another company recommended by google and they quoted me at 170 and later discounted their quote to 145. I paid less than 100 and I’m extremely pleased that I went with 24 HR Broward Towing.
Great customer service. The truck driver called me to give me an ETA and he even beat the time. I was stuck on the side of I 75 and needed to get somewhere quick. I would recommend the service to anyone.
My deepest condolences to the Broward Towing & Recovery company on the loss of your young tow truck operator. As a previous truck truck operator who lost his fellow night driver and dear friend while we were on duty, I know the pain you all are going through. Know that the thoughts and prayers of the entire Tow community are with you during this difficult and unimaginable time. RIP driver
