Let's start by going directly to the point, I hired SFE Hardwood Flooring because I needed a very specific Started Step to be made from scratch, and they did an amazing job! In fact, they blew my expectations away! I recently decided to replace my carpet for hardwood/laminate flooring, and the started step became a nightmare. No one knew how to deal with a rounded nose and the circular edge of the starter step. They all wanted me to cut it off and make it square, which would take away the beauty of of the step. Additionally, and I consulted 3 floor installers, they all suggested the same thing, not on account of it's beauty, but on account that they didn't know how to make the rounded step, and it would be easier for them to just square it off. But that's not how I work. If it's rounded, it's rounded for a reason, whether aesthetic or not. Additionally, if everyone is going around giving the same recommendation on account that they don't know how to do a rounded starter step I'm certain I'm going to end up being one of the very few homeowners with a rounded starter step, a original focal point! So I didn't give up! I don't really like to take no for an answer if I know there's a way around it. I went from floor-shop to floor-shop asking who could do the job, yeah, floor and decor had no idea who could do it, another shop recommends I go and ask at Floor and Decor, so you get the gist. In the end, I ended up at Floors Direct in Plantation, and when I presented them my dilemma, they only gave me a single business card, SFE Hardwood Flooring's. Let's just say that the starter step, which at the beginning of this whole process was the big unknown, turned out incredible. It is now the cornerstone, the center piece of the stairs, all thanks to Mark and his company. The shaping of the wood, the quality of the material, the matching of the colors, and David's installation itself, from the creation of the mold to the actual fitting, were impecable! Mark's craftsmanship and customer service should also be commended. He's a man of his word. He met all deadlines, answered all my calls, and emails, and showed up on-time every time we met. If you've ever hired more than one contractor in your life, you would realize how difficult that is to find. So go, ahead, if you are dealing with hardwood floors, you can't find better people! Their work speaks for itself!
I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for a job well done. Unfortunately, the majority of people send complaints. Quite the contrary.The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents,and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner.The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were.As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know thata huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3” collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard.Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor.I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed.Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night.Please feel free to share my review of your company and I will be posting it in yelp and google. It’s unfortunate I don’t live in Florida but when I come down I always have to get a massage. Arturo applies the right amount of preassure and he is receptive to feedback to adjust the intensity to really get in there and relive the tension. I definitely recommend

Great trainer. Keeps it interesting and adjusts workout whenever necessary. I recently had 2 surgeries. Adjustments/modifications had to be made and were made without a hitch. Great trainer.
WOW! First off, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch! Let me tell, you want to request Gabriel or Kelly every time. Kelly pulled up to our school 15 minutes early and came inside to let us know he was here and ready to take the kids to their field trip. We entered his clean bus and he had stocked the cooler of cold water for us. WOW!!!!! He was timely, so friendly, and very accommodating. We'll use A Family Limo every time!! I moved into a furnished rental apartment with an expensive but disgustingly filthy area rug it had dog urine stains and a terrible smell and feel. It was supposed to b e cream colored but was grey from dirt. The landlord sent a guy with a steam cleaner but that hardly helped. My realtor recommended Infinity Rug Care and after looking at their website I was impressed with the array of modern equipment they have to clean rugs. I called, they gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and picked up the rug the same day. They had it back to me 3 days later and the rug looks almost new! It is incredible how much filth they got out of it! It used to gross me out to walk on it with bare feet and now it feels soft and wonderful to walk on and it is cream colored again! I highly recommend them to clean even the most filthy, hopelessly dirty rug and with all that great equipment they have it will come out practically like new. It is money well spent! L L Flooring is a great place to get flooring materials. My wife went to purchase laminate vinyl flooring and was treated with the best customer service. France was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. There is a lot of merchandise to select from and the prices are phenomenal.

I would say what sets Ross Brothers apart is their belief that every detail matters. This principle is not only their mantra but also their ethos, and importantly, they are responsive. Many other contractors promise the world and then never show up. Ross Brothers, however, stand out because they deliver on their promises.
Derek was involved in every step of the way. He was excellent, offering great ideas and sharing his extensive knowledge with us. For me, the vast array of material possibilities was overwhelming. I honestly delegated much of the decision-making to my wife because she had a clearer vision and could steer us in the right direction. Nevertheless, Derek was instrumental in ensuring we had access to whatever type of material we wanted while importantly keeping us within budget.
He also recommended flipping the kitchen and dining room, which made the space much brighter and airier, allowing more light to enter by removing a wall. This is probably my favorite part of my apartment. Walking in and seeing the open concept dining area with clear, open views of the water. This would not have been possible without Derek's design recommendation and the considerable effort involved in executing the flip of the kitchen with the dining room.
The 3D rendering provided by Ross Brothers was incredibly valuable. Seeing how the project would look before construction began was a game-changer for us. Being able to visualize and fine-tune even the smallest details and it made the entire remodeling process smoother and more exciting.
The Ross Brothers team's dedication to the project and their exceptional communication were crucial. They maintained regular updates primarily through verbal discussions, but also supplemented these with emails and texts. Derek shared detailed workflow spreadsheets that clearly outlined the team's progress, projected timelines, and completion dates, guaranteeing that all parties involved were well-informed and aligned throughout the project.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project delivered by Build + Design by RB and the Ross Brothers team, which surpassed our expectations and beautifully transformed our space into the dream home we always envisioned.

I have been a loyal customer for about five years so far I initially went to them for general dental care upkeep, and they have been very thorough especially when determining treatment plans. When I decided to get braces, they gave me the pros and cons of wearing Traditional wire braces versus Invisalign. I love my smile and always get compliments ! Dr. Molly McCarty is amazing and worked with my hospital schedule especially during the pandemic. She cares so much for her patients and made sure I was able to be seen with my busy hospital schedule. She’s also very great and gentle with younger clients. Everyone in the offices are very professional and they keep the environment very clean. Heidi is amazing and always greets me with fantastic energy. Trisha , Walter, Karen and Christy are superb. I will be traveling out of state and returning to TLC dental. I don’t trust anyone else in my mouth lol.
