I called to schedule an appointment to get a root canal and a crown. For my appointment almost 3 weeks later. I survived the pain and when they called to confirmed the appointment I dared to ask a simple question, and they cancelled my appointment. I came the day of the appointment and they said I wasn't sure so they gave the appointment to someone else.they also tried to over charge my deductible but I had called the insurance so they took care of it. The lady in the front desk (Jessica I think ) she has no empathy and doesn't care about people at all in the end I complained and they did my procedures. I was there since 9am to almost 3pm. Dr. Santos is amazing. I had a broken molar and when she checked me to see if I was numb. I could still feel it. She added more numbing meds. When she came back I felt the pressure but no pain at all. I have to go back in a couple of weeks to have the other broken molar pulled. I am actually looking forward to going because everyone is amazing that I saw.
I went to this facility for extensive dental care and thw staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease during my appt. There was an issue with my insurance and I had multiple follow up phone calls with Jessica who was polite and professional in taking care of the matter. I would recommend this facility.
