“Customer service is such an important part of business these days. I wanted to give a giant shout out to the Bonita Flower Shop in Dade City. Not only did the owner, Kelly, and her team do an amazing job with this fall bouquet, but one of her associates went above and beyond. Veronica delivered the flowers, but I was not home. On her way home from the shop, she stopped by my house again to be sure that I had received the flowers and that they weren’t still sitting outside. Thankfully, I was home and the flowers look and smell so beautiful. I am amazed that she went out of her way to check on the delivery. Highly recommend this flower shop“
