Customer service is such an important part of business these days. I wanted to give a giant shout out to the Bonita Flower Shop in Dade City. Not only did the owner, Kelly, and her team do an amazing job with this fall bouquet, but one of her associates went above and beyond. Veronica delivered the flowers, but I was not home. On her way home from the shop, she stopped by my house again to be sure that I had received the flowers and that they weren’t still sitting outside. Thankfully, I was home and the flowers look and smell so beautiful. I am amazed that she went out of her way to check on the delivery. Highly recommend this flower shop

I live in Virginia and have used Bonita's in Dade City, Florida a few times now to deliver flowers to my mom. They are friendly and reliable and their flowers always exceed my expectation! I definitely recommend them highly.

Bonita Flower Shop arranged my bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages for my wedding. I was very impressed with their service, we arranged to meet at the shop and they already had multiple options for me to choose from based on a few ideas I had! Bekah and Kelly were absolutely wonderful to interact with, and made me feel very special as a bride during my visit to the shop. They worked with my budget and listened to my needs and I could not speak more highly of their excellent professionalism and customer service! To top it off, all of the flowers arranged were beautiful and looked better than I could have imagined.
