“Med Therapy &Spa is the place to go. I have been seen by the doctor for BHRT and the NP for aesthetic procedures. The quality of their care is beyond words. I'm so happy I found a place that truly cares about their clients. I have asked for higher ticketed items and I was told I didn't need that service, they offered me a different service that was slightly cheaper and the results were very natural. “I have been attending Impact Physical Therapy for some time and I highly recommend them. Everyone there is very professional and caring. I had a total left knee replacement on July 30, 2024 and I am still in therapy. Next year I plan to have my right knee replacement done and I will return to them. Everyone there wether it is the owner Janelle, the therapist like Janet & Charlene and just everyone there are just amazing. I am very happy to have found a Physical Therapy place that is so warm, friendly & professional. I highly recommend them.“

“I don’t know if I have the words to articulate how much this place means to me but I’ll give it a shot. My son Nixon has been going here since he was 2 and now he’s 6. He was diagnosed with Autism and a universal developmental delay. The night and day difference from where he was to where he is now is astonishing. When we brought him in he wasn’t responding to his name, wasn’t speaking, very basic motor skills and movement. Now he’s speaking so much, very responsive, running up and down jumping from couches at home. He’s coloring, cutting, writing and drawing. It’s amazing how far he’s come and I’m so thankful for this place. Let me dive a little deeper.

The place itself is very clean. It’s very colorful and there is so much for the kids to do. There is an open area/gym that has a ball pit, swings, obstacle coarse for kids mostly for PT. There are also tables there for the kids to practice their motor skills. Also, there are individual rooms for Speech which is perfect for my son because he is easily distracted. I believe they also do speech in the gym as well. Not sure, don’t quote me.

The front desk/office
Annie is incredible. She goes above and beyond for you. If you miss a day or if the therapist is out she will reschedule for you. They are very accommodating. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable and great with the kids and they love her back. Bernie, the owner is very kind and friendly. The guy runs a tight ship.

The Therapists
I don’t even know where to begin. These are some of the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. They’re so hard-working, consistent, patient, thoughtful, kind, genuine and (most importantly)great with the kids. They all have great attitudes and motherly instincts. Nixon has Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. For Speech, he sees Ana Maria, Ashley, Meagan, and Karla. These are the ladies I speak to the most because that’s the area I had the most concern with. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. They have been there for all the lows and the highs. I have had some bad days(life as a parent with a child with autism) and they were there for me when honestly they didn’t need to. I’m forever grateful to them. For Occupational, he sees Angie, Sara, and Nicole. It’s insane how Nixon neatly writes and colors now. He lo-key colors better than my 10 year old. For Physical Therapy, he sees Marie and Marin. Marin is actually Nixon’s favorite person in the entire world. It would honestly make your heart melt with how happy she makes him. The bond they have is just so perfect. He loves her so so much. I could literally go on for another 5 paragraphs on how incredible these ladies are. Each one deserves a paragraph to themselves. Honestly, you’d be lucky to have your child have any one of these therapists. They’re all phenomenal.

With that being said, we love this place. I don’t know where Nixon would be without them. It’s probably his favorite place to be and honestly it’s the one time where I don’t have to worry. He’s in the safest hands possible and I can’t tell you how good that feels. They changed his life, they changed my life, and I think they will do the same for you. I highly recommend this place. This place is more than just a business/service, it’s family!“

My therapists, Natalie and Luis, are absolute sweethearts and I can tell they really care about the progress of all their patients. “I’m not even sure where to begin but I’ll start with this.. I was highly recommended by my sister & the moment I walked in to Dr. Alexander’s office, my life changed forever. Prior to seeing him, I was suffering with a lot of anxiety and depression due to my injuries. I have a L4 and L5.. there were moments where I couldn’t sit down for more than 2 minutes and would wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating back pain. I don’t want surgery and PT did not work for me. This is the FIRST AND ONLY DOCTOR that actually took the time to get to know me and what I was going through and develop the best plan of action for treatment. The only. He spoke with me for about 20-30 min prior to my first adjustment and made me feel extremely comfortable. When I tell you that I’m a completely different person from when I first started seeing him, you wouldn’t believe the transformation. I’m back to my normal self and majority of the time, pain FREE! “I tend to live life with no regrets. However, I regret not making an appointment to see Dr. Ballent sooner! I’ve been living with immense pain for years and even lead to believe that I would need surgery. I was in a state of depression being limited to certain activities. I can go on and on but the bottom line is, Dr. Ballent is the man to see if you’re having back pains. He’s not a typical Chiropractor and takes his time to know/analyze his patients. I took my time (1 month) before writing this review to be 100% certain about my recovery and boy oh boy, I’m back in the gym after almost 8yrs of being away and I’m feeling better by the day. 1 step at a time and I honestly think that I’ll be as good I was or even better knowing what I know now, thanks to Dr. Ballent.“
