“Pediatric Associates -Palmetto Bay has made great strides in improving their service, quality of care and wait times. On a recent visit, we were attended to by Dr. Neal and her staff, whom I found to be knowledgeable, attentive and kind. We used to go to West Kendall, but then migrated over to this location after dealing with extremely long wait times. At first, service was average here, but we feel that it has greatly improved since, especially after the pandemic. I have two children here, and our visit today was met with by great nurses, an extremely friendly lab tech, and the doctor herself. Hope it stays this way!“

“So amazing in every aspect! I switched from pediatric associates to this one for my baby and I can’t express how happy I am with how engaged Dr Sandra is. I can notice the difference in care instantly from our previous pediatrician. Great advice from the doctor and thorough explanation of carryover at home for what I went to see her for the first time. Front desk at check in wasn’t so friendly but the doctor’s knowledge and comfort for sure overpasses that small negative. Also, I had arrived at 10:50 am and was out by 11:20 so that’s also amazing. Highly recommend!“

“Always a very pleasant experience. No one wants to have their child ill but am glad to have such attentive care. Facility immaculate, friendly personnel.
My only complaint was the referral process. Previously I was always given the referral with a doctor or location to proceed with follow-up. This time I was only given a paperwork with what exams I needed and told to search for the facility myself. This caught me by surprised. My insurance remained the same so I do not know if this is their new process.“
