I had a sinus infection and wanted to get seen fairly quick and get it knocked out. Made an appointment online which is super easy. They text me an electronic form that you would normally use paper for. Love that. Receptionist was super nice. Quick Covid test and I was taken back to a room. Waited 20 min to see the doctor and after the evaluation she came back with all my papers prescriptions called in and away I went. Office is very clean and updated.
I took my 87 year old mom after she twisted her knee. There was no wait! The staff is fantastic! They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and so very patient with momma. This urgent care will be my first choice every time we need help!! Thank you so very much!!
I went to MD Now with severe symptoms of Acute Sinusitis, they treated me within 1 hour and a half, I think it was fast compared to other Urgent Care, Doctor Mercedes Yanez patiently listened to all the symptoms I presented and my history of Rhinitis Allergic, her review was thorough and detailed, nothing was overlooked and she understood everything I summarized.His diagnosis was correct and the prescribed medications were ideal for my speedy recovery. He was even interested in providing me with an additional medication to protect my stomach in case of side effects from the prescribed medications.Thank you Doctor Mercedes Yanez.
