horrible i wanted a pretty gem and french nails but then ended up horrible, the french tip is painted badly and uneven lines.. what is these gems?? they also cut my hand with drill, looks and was so rushed. this was 77$ SO NOT WORTH IT!

ZERO STARS. Atrocious work. This place has no idea how to remove dip, left chunks of melted dip under the gel. So messy. Chopped my long natural nails to the nub, and didn't even make sure they were all the same length. The audacity to charge me for this disgusting job.

The place is nice and looks clean, and it's in a great location but because of the service I received and what I paid for I will not be returning. This was my first time here. I went during the weekday and it was empty. My friend and I were literally the only ones there. The older lady that did my nails rushed the whole thing. She started on my feet instead of my hands so my hands took forever to dry. She cut my toe nails at an awkward angle as if I had ingrown nails, flat in the front and sharp angles on the sides all the way to the back. She nicked me once and was rushing through it all. She brought out really hot towels and placed them on my legs without letting them cool a bit and did not give me a quick rub down that most places give. She did my manicure just as fast and did not give me a massage either.I've paid way less for a much better service. The job came out good, a few days into the manicure no infection thankfully and my nails weren't chipped. My friend did get the whole works with her lady that was Hispanic and her nails looked good.
