My light colored shoes came back with a dark mark, about 1” long and ¼" thick. I made a remark, "What's this?"
The clerk claimed it wasn't the shop and didn't even try to clean it off.
I took it home and took most of it off, but it's still there.
Poor, poor, poor customer service. At least pretend to be concerned for your mistake!

Today, I had pants that needed tailoring for a same day event. I called Joe's Cleaner to ask if they did alterations. Within two hours, my pants were perfectly hemmed. Will definitely be returning.
