He came noticed the coil was damaged and there was no Freon. We told him to go ahead and fixed it and it's been bliss. I really believe these brown outs we have been having in Cutler Bay has caused the issue with the AC. Many others have complained about it and have blamed it on FPL trying for people to buy their surge protector.“
