Everyone is very friendly and patient! I always ask questions and it was nice to feel like I wasn't being rushed. Only reason for 4 stars is they don't measure pupillary distance unless you're buying glasses from them. I prefer ordering online and didn't have a measurement from my last optometrist so it was a bummer and had to measure myself.
Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. I’m very indecisive when it comes to glasses. The person that assisted me was extremely helpful and gave me her true opinion. I would definitely recommend.
Dr Chavez sees me once a year and she makes me feel like an every day friend. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help you.
