This business is linked to a guy by the name of Nicholas J Bloom. He is also linked to the following : Site One Facilities, Corp, 14499 Holdings which was previously Hot Shox Electric. BC Corporate Holdings, ESI Maintenance, Hot Shocks Electric, Kerri Kook HVAC Mechanical (owned by 14499), Bloom Management Group (I couldn't track that one for sure, but it was a Wyoming company). Many of these entities are now owned by BG Life Holdings, LLC address 317 Commerce St, NE, STE A, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Yea, they owe us money also. The interesting thing is that we were hired by Site One, BG Management to work on a Taco Bell Location. After 5 months of no pay, I tracked down the Franchise holder and spoke to them. They said they didn't even know these companies but were aware of the work. The said the only company they had used was EDC Services that is also out of Florida. The owner of that business is a different person, but he has a long list of businesses like that also. EDC may be completely legit and I have no reason to believe they aren't, but I have no idea how the job jumped from EDC to Site One, but I find it interesting that both are in Florida and both have a lot of different businesses. I found all of this by going to the Florida Secretary of State's website and searching the address which is 268 S Suncoast BlVD, Crystal River, FL
Would give zero stars if we could. Did work for them in February, met all their requirements for documentation, STILL have not been paid. Keep blaming it on the accounting company they were using, BG Management. Do not do business, you won't get paid.
They called and asked for a service in my area and sent me the work order. After the job was completed, they never paid me. Called them a lot of times, but no result. Keep talking that they were hacked and cannot proceed with the payment. Don't trust Kerri Kool.
