Saturday afternoon I had to call to have a technician come out to look at my AC. The ladies I spoke with were very pleasant and thorough in scheduling the service. Phillip arrived and knew exactly what to look for to get my AC back to top performance. He even removed a crispy snake that seemed to have gotten itself wrapped around the fan. He did all this with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. That’s why I have continued to use them for the past 8 years. Great service and people.
Bay Aire came to repair our unit shortly after I called. Jose Rios was the tech on the job and first thing he did was introduce himself. He explained why things weren't working and he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. I'm curious, not a pain.
Our unit needs a module and will be replaced Fri. Jose put in a loaner so we would have air. Definitely an asset to BayAire and I look forward to having Jose service our unit.
