I always use American Plumbing and they do. Ot disappoint. This was my first time having Jeremiah as my service provider. He was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I recommend them as always!

I am so happy with my experience from start to finish. I initially spoke with Gail on the phone who was courteous, listened to my problem, explained their straightforward pricing, allowed me to send a photo ahead, and got me scheduled for a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Jeremiah came out and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem without ripping out our cabinets. He took the time to explain everything and our options all while not starting the clock until he was working on fixing it. This is even though he had to make a hardware store run. Our shower faucet just broke right off the wall, and we discovered the value was broken, which required a total replacement of the shower system (shower head, tub faucet, shower/tub handle, and the valve). Got a few quotes from other businesses, and this business had a very fair price! They quickly sent over pictures of in stock shower system, we chose a brushed nickel from Delta. They came, completely removed and installed the new system and value, as well as installed an access panel to easily access valve for the future (previous handyman completely closed the access so bad to cut through drywall).
