Installed a split system in our home, which is a big job. The tech worked under the house, often on his knees or back, a very dirty job.
He explained things along the way, TOTALLY cleaned everything up. When he finished, he explained the total system, provided all the books and installed a new thermostat before leaving but first made sure I understood the instructions and promised to come back anytime when necessary.
He has kept that promise already a few times when issues turned out to be electric issues and nothing to do with the great job he did

Our AC failed yesterday when the power co-op was playing Whack-A-Mole with our power. The service technician came out on Sunday morning about an hour after I called. He quickly found the issue (a blown capacitor) and serviced our unit for peak cooling - all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks.
