Exhausted and concerned about being unable to give my child their antibiotics, the nurse and provider allowed me to come in and show me some tips and tricks to get it down and most importantly what I was doing wrong. I felt heard and seen and not like a complete idiot for being unsuccessful on my own. I was tired and worn down. They gave me the confidence that I am in fact going to make it thru 10 days of antibiotics with a toddler.“
