I was so thankful that I received a call back so quickly. I am from the area and have lived her almost my entire life. I know that termites swarm every year. But when I saw them swarming today and landing on our wood deck outside, I panicked and call Southern Pest Control. The owner called me and could have quickly made a sell for a termite bond. But instead, he explained how termites work, why and when they normally swarm outdoors, and any warning signs to look for. He was very knowledgeable and honest. And with our new shed having termite coverage and the deck being treated, he put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this company! I will be using them in the future...read full review
