“The Platinum Roofing install has been a really great experience which you would not expect from a roofing contractor, especially after the sale. They stayed in constant contact before, during, and after installation. It is great to have a live person answer the phone and provide actual useful information! They were very good about responding to emails during the work week, although they went offline on weekends as any company might but got back to us quickly come Monday morning. We had two roofs installed with high quality materials which we researched on the web and through YouTube. Atlas roofing materials has extensive videos explaining the product and there were independent reviews as well.“
