The Platinum Roofing install has been a really great experience which you would not expect from a roofing contractor, especially after the sale. They stayed in constant contact before, during, and after installation. It is great to have a live person answer the phone and provide actual useful information! They were very good about responding to emails during the work week, although they went offline on weekends as any company might but got back to us quickly come Monday morning. My experience with Platinum roofing was wonderful from start to finish. Brooke was highly responsive to my initial inquiry and had a professional, detailed quote in my inbox within a day. Plus, the product quality and price were both better than the other 2 quotes I received. She had me scheduled for the following week and the entire project was done in a day. So I purchased a house at the end of September that had a ton of issues with the roof that I was unaware of people we purchased it from gave us a bunch of false info...These guys came out and fixed something they absolutely did not have to. THis a a great company and I am so grateful they took care of every one of my concerns. you can tell this owner really cares about their business
