We were tenants of property managed by ERA American Realty in Crestview FL for over 8 yrs. During that time if we ran into any issue which required their's or the landlord's attention; they took care of the issue in a timely and professional manner without question. I'd recommend and urge anyone looking at either renting or becoming home owners. Thx to all the agents in all the departments of ERA American Realty!! We're in a crunch to find a place to rent. We had searched for over a month with no luck. First phone call to ERA locked down a home that we could afford. Thank You, ERA American Rentals.
Recently ERA took over managing my rental property. I'm not completely happy with them so far. While they have been mostly professional, there are a few issues as well.Their system is needlessly complicated and they do a poor job of conveying important information. For example, they have two different systems - an owner's portal and property meld - so every time something at the property needs fixing, I get 3-4 different emails. Yet none of these emails contains the only piece of info I actually care about: what does the repair actually COST?They're very expensive to deal with as well; 12% management fee, $7.50 legal fee, $350 origination fee, 10%... read full review
