One Star Standard with this company, for several reasons.Reason 1.) The maintenance done was straight up the landlord special, paint over bugs mismatched paint, and when we got into the place the floors were as dirty as could be even though they said they were brand new. On top of that I had to do my own repairs on most things due to the maintenance team saying "that sounds like it's under the $25 dollar tenant maintenance"Reason 2.) I left on the 31st of August turned all my keys into their key drop box on their property and they charged me for the entire month of September! Stay away from this company. They don’t seem to care about doing any upkeep or maintenance on their rental houses. They charged us for damages that were done before we moved in that I documented on their move in sheet and now they’re charging me for them after they never fixed them to begin with. What a horrible experience, they never answer the phone and they are incredibly hard to get ahold of. If you could give 0 stars I would.
We're in a crunch to find a place to rent. We had searched for over a month with no luck. First phone call to ERA locked down a home that we could afford. Thank You, ERA American Rentals.
